Elaborated according to the method "Champenoise" from optimal coupage of best wines of macabeu and parellada. It rest a minimum of 15 months in the cava. The result of a careful process of elaboration is a cava of yellow color with greenish reflections and fine bubble that forms a persistent crown.
The variety of aromas that are complemented with lactic notes and a delicate bottom of white fruit (apple, pear). In mouth it’s pleasant, dry, with perfectly balanced acidity and the carbonic very well integrated that will leave a wide and persistent posttaste.
In each bottle the virtues of a great cava, that make it perfect to drink at any time of the day or night, with great number of meals from seafood to desserts, and also alone.
