The year will mark the particularities of our more exclusive cava; of limited and numbered production, elaborated from the selection of our better wines with a minimum raising of 3 years in contact with the mothers safe from the cava. It presents/displays yellow color gold with greenish reflections, very fine bubble of slow evolution.
Aromatically it is of a complex fineness with pastry shop notes that are mixed with the toasted shades, of dry fruits and a end of mature fruits. Cream in mouth, wide and with a good persistence.
By its structure and raising is optimal to accompany all foods allowing a good company with seafood, sauced plates even with red meats; changing to a smoother cava in desserts. It is recommended to open to the bottle minutes before serving to harness to the maximum the aromatic expressivity of this great cava.
