Young wine of Mediterranean cut elaborated from musts flower that “desfangado” statically and fermented to very low temperature to extract all its aromatic potential.
Thus we obtain a wine of pale yellow color with a variety of aromas of white fruit: pear and apple with fine citric bottom notes. Smooth and balanced with a delicate acidity that contributes to its freshness and vivacity.
We can take it with appetizers or to accompany light summer plates (cold plates, salads, etc.) as well as seafood and blue fish.
