Smooth press of the mature grape. Alcoholic fermentation within the boots of American oak to 18 C. Finished the fermentation the raising is carried out in the same boots with the mothers of the wine, who will be worked periodically with the "batonnage".
Wine of a beautiful shining yellow color with greenish tones with notes of confited mature fruit (quince, pear) and even spicy aromas, rich in shades in the mouth, and long end.
Recommended to accompany fine crustaceans, seafood and fish. Not to serve with chocolate, asparagus and fruit. The elaboration characteristics augur a good evolution and conservation in bottle.
