Varietal wine of great elegance. After the fermentation and long maceration at controlled temperature, in order to extract the maximum phenolic potential and aromatic, it evolves in new barrels of oak during 4 months to finish maturing in the bottle.
Wine of cherry red color, complex aromas where the black plum predominates, with fine notes of smoked and species, in mouth presents structure and outgrowth, slightly tannic, with an ample end.
Joins very well with meats stewed, hunts, spiced plates and sauces, also with fresh cheeses of soft texture. Recommendable to follow its evolution during the four following years after its bottling.
