This great rosé wine is elaborated from grape Trepat harvested in the optimal point of maturation which we will put under maceration with its own skins during the time necessary to obtain it. Later it is pressed obtaining the must flower that once “desfangado“ is fermented to controlled temperature (13-15ºC) to maintain the aromas characteristics of the variety.
Of strawberry color clear and clean and very shining; intense in nose where we will find memories to peach and it mills. In mouth we will find and balance with a touch of freshness smooth given by an integrated affluent acidity.
Adapted to accompany any food and very specially recommended for appetizer, it connects very well with the exotic kitchen (Asian and Caribbean), ideal by almost all the rice and many pastes, it forms a perfect joint with the vegetable barbecues.
