Red wine elaborated mainly with grape tempranillo, fruit of long macerations to controlled temperature (27ºC) to favor the best extraction of color and aromas. A part of the wine will go to raising in boots of American oak and the rest will keep in deposits for a minimum stock of 12 months, mixing them together to be bottled the following year to its harvest.
The result is a wine of red color with bottom ruby, of intense aroma to fruits of the forest and toasted notes. In mouth it’s smooth and warm with a clear spicy posttaste.
It joins well with a rich range of meals being the ideal complement for the kitchen of the region (calçots, barbecues of meat, esqueixada of codfish, etc.).
