Fermentation in new barrels of oak, finished the fermentation the wine remains in the barrels during 4 months in contact with the mothers, where they will be thrown "batonnages" with the purpose of giving voluptuosity to the wine.

Wine of pink cherry color with very intense purple reflections. The raising contributes to the wine complexity, smoked notes of and balsamic contributed by the wood, on a strawberry bottom. In mouth the olfactory sensations are reaffirmed showing us it’s balance, with a wide and persistent end.

Structured wine apt to accompany lukewarm pastes, salads, rice, smoked and paté. Attractive to drink it young, it will mature well in the bottle.
