This cava is made from the first grapes harvested from certified organic vineyards. The resulting wines undergo a second fermentation in the bottle following the Traditional Method, and then enjoy aging of over 18 months in our cellars.
Tasting Notes
The result of this meticulous winemaking process is a cava with a pale, bright yellow color, greenish reflections, and a string of fine bubbles forming a light, persistent crown. Delicate aromas of white stone fruits, such as peach and apricot, along with pastry yeast, intertwine with aging notes over a background with subtle menthol hints. On the palate, it is a fresh and lively cava, with pronounced effervescence that releases the vitality of well-integrated carbonation, making it cheerful and enjoyable for those who appreciate dry, unpretentious cavas.
