Winemaking
The must is obtained through a gentle extraction of ripe, healthy grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels and subsequent aging. The winemaking characteristics suggest excellent development and preservation in the bottle. Limited production of approximately 5,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Bright yellow wine with greenish tones. Clean and luminous. Notes of candied fruit with subtle spicy hints. Warm on the palate with good acidity.
