Produced using the “Champenoise” method from the optimal blend of the finest Macabeo and Parellada wines. It rests for a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
The result of a careful winemaking process is a cava with a yellow color and greenish reflections, featuring fine bubbles that form a persistent crown. The varietal aromas are complemented by lactic notes and a delicate hint of white fruit (apple, pear). On the palate, it is pleasant, with perfectly balanced acidity and well-integrated carbonation, leaving a broad and persistent aftertaste.
