The vintage will define the characteristics of our most exclusive cava. Produced in limited, numbered batches, it is made from a selection of our finest wines. It is released to the market after a minimum of 3 years aging in contact with the lees during its time in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
It displays a golden color with greenish reflections and very fine, slowly evolving bubbles. Aromatically, it is delicately complex, with pastry notes blending with toasted nuances, dried fruits, and a finish of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is creamy, full-bodied, and has good persistence.
