Winemaking
The harvest is pressed in a pneumatic press, using only the free-run juice. Fermented at 18 °C for 21 days in 225-liter barrels. Aged 4–5 months in barrel. Attractive for early drinking, it will also age well in the bottle. Limited production of approximately 1,500 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Wine of bright yellow and intense cherry-pink color with purple reflections. On the nose, it is very complex, with notes of toasted wood and spices over an interesting background of strawberry, while retaining much of the varietal character of Trepat.
