Harvesting and vinification of the grape varieties are carried out separately, with extended maceration after fermentation. Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels; afterward, the final blending is done to continue aging in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Dark redcurrant color with brick-red highlights, balsamic aroma, and toasted notes over a background of ripe red fruits. Smooth and silky on the palate, a full-bodied and structured wine with a long finish. Complex on the retronasal passage.
