Single-variety Parellada cava made from a late harvest in the second half of October, from one of our highest vineyards at 700 m altitude. It undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle following the Traditional Method and is aged for over 15 months in our cellars.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, bright color with fine bubbles and a pronounced crown. Delicate and surprising aromas combine classic notes of white fruit (apple) and dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut, along with subtle pastry hints. Smooth and creamy on the palate, with a pleasant entry and lively effervescence, the result of well-integrated carbonation. This cava stands out for its delicate elegance and finesse.
