The exclusive use of the Trepat variety gives this cava a unique personality. It is produced following the Traditional Method and aged for a minimum of 9 months on the lees.
Tasting Notes
Appealing pale pink color with salmon reflections, clean and bright. Fine, continuous bubbles form a persistent crown. Aromas of pomegranate and red fruits are delicately balanced with subtle pastry notes. On the palate, fresh red fruit flavors dominate, well-structured, with good effervescence and an elegant, slightly sweet finish.
